Coco Pawnshop is seeking a finance-driven CEO to lead the nationwide expansion of the first online-based pawnshop in the U.S.
Since 2018, we’ve offered both online and offline lending services, operating a flagship store in Downtown LA. Our vision is to open hundreds of locations across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Design microloan partnerships with banks
- Lead institutional fundraising
- Expand branches nationwide
- Strategic planning with board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in finance (banking, VC, PE)
- Experience in microfinance or structured lending
- Proven U.S. market expansion record
- Fluent in English
Compensation
- Up to $200,000 base salary
- Stock options & performance incentives

자격 요건
- 금융권 경력 10년 이상
- 소액대출 또는 구조화 금융 경험자
- 미국 시장 확장 실적 보유
- 영어 능통
