After we evaluate your item in person or upon receipt, we present a written loan offer based on current market value, condition, and authenticity.

What Happens If I Cannot Repay?

You have options before anything happens to your collateral. Most customers extend or Re-Pawn rather than lose their asset.

  • Extend: pay one month of interest for one extra month — no fees or penalties
  • Re-Pawn: start a new loan on the same item, unlimited times
  • If not repaid or extended per California law, collateral may be forfeited — not reported to credit bureaus

Coco Pawn Shop operates as a licensed California pawnbroker at 645 S Hill St, Los Angeles, CA 90014. All loans follow applicable California pawn regulations — written terms, disclosed rates, and regulated redemption periods.

    In-store: Walk in with your collateral and ID. We evaluate on the spot and present your written loan offer.

    Ship to us: A guided, tracked online process from start to finish:

    1. Contact us or send a message to open your case.
    2. Receive step-by-step shipping and packaging instructions by email.
    3. Ship with tracking and insurance to our secured facility.
    4. Follow progress in your online account through evaluation.
    5. Accept your offer — funds released within 24 hours of receipt.

  3. 3. Accept your offer & get funded

    Accept your written offer to receive cash or bank transfer — typically 5 minutes in store, or within 24 hours for shipped collateral.

  4. 4. Repay on your terms

    Pay online anytime. Partial principal payments reduce interest on your remaining balance.

  5. 5. Minimum term, extensions & Re-Pawn

  6. 6. Redeem your collateral

    Once fully paid, pick up at our store or request insured return shipping to an approved address.
